  • Shipping fees may vary based on your location and order size.

Tirkasso is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address details provided by customers.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy on unused items in original packaging, with valid proof of purchase.
Products must be returned at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or sent in error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return policy criteria.
